We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Ever.
Your session conversation is processed by a third-party AI service (currently OpenAI) to conduct the diagnostic and generate your report. Sessions are anonymous by design: no account is required (accounts are optional — see below), and the diagnostic works with roles and numbers — please don't share personal data about identifiable individuals, and describe your business only to the level you're comfortable with.
Voice preview. Some sessions include an optional voice feature. When you use it, your audio is sent to OpenAI to be converted to text, and the consultant's replies may be converted to speech. Audio is processed transiently and is never stored by SwiftyX — only the resulting text transcript becomes part of your session, exactly as if you had typed it. This is a preview feature and entirely optional: you can simply type instead at any time.
To evaluate and improve the quality of our Consultations, we may review and retain de-identified excerpts of consultation content and interactions — with names and identifying details removed. This is used only to make SwiftyX better. We never sell it, it is never tied back to you, and it is never published.
You can use SwiftyX without an account — a private access code is all you need for a Consultation. Accounts are entirely optional and exist only to let you sign back in later.
We only send transactional emails: confirmation of your access request, your beta code, your report link if you asked for it, and a sign-in link if you use an optional account. No newsletter, no drip campaigns. Reply to any email to reach us directly.
The Business Control Consultation and its report are a business diagnostic starting point based on a single guided conversation. They are not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or investment advice. Figures in your report are estimates based on what you shared. For regulated matters, consult licensed professionals in your jurisdiction.
The beta is provided as-is: we work hard on quality, but you use the recommendations at your own judgment, and SwiftyX is not liable for business decisions made from them.
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the beta after a change means you accept it.
