Your session conversation is processed by a third-party AI service (currently OpenAI) to conduct the diagnostic and generate your report. Sessions are anonymous by design: no account is required, and the diagnostic works with roles and numbers — please don't share personal data about identifiable individuals, and describe your business only to the level you're comfortable with.
We only send transactional emails: confirmation of your access request, your beta code, and your report link if you asked for it. No newsletter, no drip campaigns. Reply to any email to reach us directly.
The Business Control Sprint and its report are a business diagnostic starting point based on a single guided conversation. They are not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or investment advice. Figures in your report are estimates based on what you shared. For regulated matters, consult licensed professionals in your jurisdiction.
The beta is provided as-is: we work hard on quality, but you use the recommendations at your own judgment, and SwiftyX is not liable for business decisions made from them.
